Almería is our most under-the-radar destination — fewer crowds, a genuinely different landscape (the Cabo de Gata coastline is unlike anywhere else on this list), and some of the most reliable sunshine hours in mainland Spain. Padel infrastructure here is newer and growing, making it a good fit for groups who want to combine golf, beach time and padel without the busier resort feel.
